京都駅ビルでは、平成19年より毎年京都市と姉妹都市携帯を結んでいる９都市(国)の中から周年を迎える年をピックアップし、都市の魅力を広く紹介する「国際姉妹都市祭in京都駅ビル」 を開催しています。本年は、チェコ プラハと京都が姉妹都市提携20周年を迎えることから、チェコをテーマに音楽とパネル展、チェコカルチャーパークを開催致します。
Since 2007, the Kyoto Station Building has held an annual celebration of the sister city relationship it has with 9 cities around the world. Each year, a city facing a special milestone or anniversary is chosen to be showcased at the International Sister City Fair in Kyoto Station Building. This year, as Kyoto celebrates 20 years of sisterhood with the Czech city of Prague, the Fair will feature a Czech-themed music festival, a special exhibition and a Czech Culture Park.
